- The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, focusing on upselling and deal management.
- The role involves performing account planning for assigned accounts and ensuring strategic alignment with pre-sales and other resources.
- The candidate will drive strategic add-on and renewal business of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise customers.
- Coordination with various internal teams, including pre-sales, digital, value & bid-management, marketing, technical, and sales support, is a key aspect of the job.

- The ideal candidate will have approximately 8+ years of experience in selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions, particularly in ERP, HCM, Financial, Planning, or Analytics.
- A proven track record of negotiating deals with C-level executives is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should have experience in building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to drive add-on or incremental business.
- Strong skills in developing long-term account strategies with existing customers will be crucial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
