- The Account Executive will focus on net new revenue and play a key role in driving new customer growth for Workday. - Responsibilities include developing strategies for prioritizing and closing key opportunities within the assigned territory. - The role involves performing account planning and coordinating with pre-sales and other resources for strategic alignment. - The Account Executive will initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects. - Maintaining accurate and timely customer/prospect pipeline and service forecast data is a critical part of the job.

- The ideal candidate will have approximately 5+ years of experience in selling SaaS or Cloud-based solutions, particularly in ERP, HCM, Financial, Planning, or Analytics. - A successful Account Executive will possess strong negotiation skills, particularly with C-level executives, to effectively close deals. - The candidate should have a proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, demonstrating the ability to prospect and generate leads. - An understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends is essential for positioning Workday solutions effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging with clients and internal team members.
