✨ About The Role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing timely guidance and resolution
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, including background checks, paperwork, and orientation sessions
- Manage offboarding processes, ensuring departing employees receive necessary paperwork and handling system access and property retrieval
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS/PEO system, process leave-of-absence requests, and administer annual reporting requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies, state legal requirements, and plan and execute company events and recognition programs
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced Human Resources professional with at least 3 years of HR or People Operations experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in managing HRIS platforms and PEO systems, with a strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle employee inquiries and issues with professionalism and diplomacy
- Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes
- Familiarity with compliance requirements, immigration processes, and employee record-keeping in accordance with legal regulations
