- A minimum of 15 years of experience in People Operations or HR is required, with at least 7 years in leadership roles.
- The successful individual will demonstrate mastery of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in designing and executing benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals is essential.
- The candidate should have significant functional experience with cloud-based HR tools, particularly Workday.
- A proven track record of driving innovation and process automation within the People Operations function is crucial.
- Fluency in English is required, and a good command of French would be an advantage.
