- The Account Executive will be responsible for generating new opportunities through targeted outbound activities and networking.

- Providing valuable market and product intelligence to the Product and Strategy teams is part of the role.
- The Account Executive will contribute to the onboarding and training of junior sales team members through best practice sharing and coaching.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating new business within a corporate, SaaS, B2B sales environment.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience is required, with at least 3 years in B2B compliance or regulatory solutions for the financial services industry.
- Candidates should possess experience in solution and value-based selling to maximize deal value.
- A self-starter attitude is essential, with the ability to work independently and execute effectively.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary, along with a consultative approach to closing business.
- The candidate should be highly motivated and target-oriented, with a desire to win while maintaining customer integrity.
- Experience in AML/Compliance/PEP-Sanctions/Transaction Monitoring sales is desirable but not essential.
- A passion for executing a standardized sales process and a willingness to try new strategies for optimal results is important.
