- The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in managing customer-facing help centers and internal documentation systems.
- A strong technical background with deep knowledge of APIs and familiarity with tools like Postman is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess expertise in technical writing, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and actionable documentation.
- Experience with documentation tools such as Mintlify, Notion, Guru, or Readme is highly preferred.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with various teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Empathy for learners is crucial, as the candidate should be able to view content through a beginner's perspective and continuously refine their work for clarity and impact.
