✨ About The Role
- The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales within net-new and expansion opportunities in North America
- Key responsibilities include hitting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas, proactively identifying sales opportunities, and managing a pipeline of customers
- The role involves providing accurate forecasting/pipeline information to management, delivering detailed demonstrations of Butlr's solutions, and collaborating with other functional areas to manage the complexity of an enterprise sales cycle
- The Account Executive will also be tasked with aggressively driving upsells and cross-sells opportunities in the existing customer base to ensure a high level of account penetration
- Successful candidates will need to build and leverage a deep partner network at the field level and effectively position Butlr's offerings to address prospects' requirements
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced sales executive with a minimum of 5-8 years in technology sales, preferably in enterprise software or software-as-a-service solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, managing complex sales cycles, and building strong relationships at all levels of an organization
- Skilled in consultative sales processes and methodologies like MEDDIC, with the ability to actively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with proptech, CRE, or Facilities Management domain is a plus but not required
